Precision op amps are fully specified at 2V

The single OP193, dual OP293, and quad OP493 precision op amps from Analog Devices operate from supplies as low as 1.7V and provide minimum/maximum specifications for 2V operation. Applications include portable instrumentation, medical equipment, portable scales, battery-management systems, and others requiring minimum current and maximum accuracy.

Offset voltage is 75 µV with 1.25 µV/°C of drift and 15-nA input-bias current. When the devices operate with a 2V supply, current drain per amplifier is 13.2 µA. Open-loop gain is 600V/mV, and gain-bandwidth product is 25 kHz. The op amps include input-overvoltage protection, can source and sink 8 mA, and operate at 1.7V (±0.85V) to ±18V. The single, dual, and quad units, available in plastic DIP and SOIC packages, cost $1.37, $2.07, and $2.73, respectively (1000).
