Enhanced Memory Systems enhances EDRAM performance

The new DM2202F-12 enhanced DRAM (EDRAM), originally providing 15-nsec read and write accesses within a page, is available now with 12-nsec performance. The device also features 30-nsec random access to any memory page and supports noninterleaved burst rates up to 83 MHz. The DM2202F-12 is a 1M×4-bit EDRAM that sells for $23.32 (1000).
