Project Technology's BridgePoint software-development tool allows designers to create software systems by compiling object-oriented models into executable code. The tool set uses the Schlaer-Mellor Method of software development. The recently released Revision 3.2 makes compilation 50% faster than the previous version. The new release also adds interfaces for third-party visualization and document-management software. BridgePoint now presents the same user interface, regardless of the system on which it runs, giving Windows, OpenLook, and Motif users a uniform interface. The upgrade is free to users of BridgePoint with maintenance contracts.
