Search engine accesses more than 1300 chip companies
The WebChip, a search-engine-based software package from Cypress Information Resources, lets you search for products from more than 1300 chip companies worldwide. It also contains more than 140 World Wide Web sites for accessing company-specific chip information. The software allows automatic pushbutton searching. Pushbuttons are available for products in such categories as ASIC, automotive, automatic identification, DSP, innovative, microcontroller, µP, neural, and optimized products. User-selectable search fields include market areas, product lines, product keywords, annual sales, type of organization, and site type.
WebChip comes with a set of user-selectable print templates, an instruction manual, a keyword company index, a license, and disks. Price is $95 plus $15 for shipping and handling.
