Free starter kit eases debugging

The Software Development Systems (SDS) SingleStep Starter kit is a debugging development kit for Windows 3.1, NT, and 95. The free software, V7.01, includes new C and C++ compiler, assembler, and instruction-set simulators for Power PC and Motorola 68000 µPs.
