| The ABR standard first allocates link bandwidth to the CBR traffic up to peak cell rate (PCR) and ABR up to the minimum cell rate (MCR). TM4.0 then gives VBR some capacity, and ABR uses what it needs up to the PCR. The UBR uses any leftover bandwidth up to the PCR. |
