Complete PC fits into a single slot

To conserve valuable system rack space, American Eltec has compressed a Celeron/Pentium III-based CPU, memory, peripheral interfaces, hard disk, and PMC expansion site into one CompactPCI slot (Picture). The Eurocom 238 single-board computer provides a highly integrated computing platform for telecommunications and industrial-process-control applications.
The Eurocom 238 features a Socket 370 CPU interface supporting 433-MHz Celeron processors or Pentium III processors at 850 MHz. The board also includes an AGP-based graphics controller; provisions for 256 Mbytes of SDRAM; a SCSI/IDE disk controller; a 10/100 Ethernet interface; and serial, parallel, mouse, and keyboard interfaces. You can mount an IDE hard disk directly onto the Eurocom 238 with a short interface cable. The Eurocom 238 is available now and costs $2390.
