Brett McKee has joined Cablevision Systems Corp. as general manager of Cablevision of Westchester in Yonkers, N.Y. McKee had been vice president and general manager of Insight Communications Co.'s system in Lafayette, Ind.

ESPN

Tim Leisure has been promoted to vice president at ESPN International, from director, program acquisitions. Greg Regis has been named vice president, advertising sales at ESPN Internet Ventures. Regis had been an account executive in the ad-sales department at ESPN Inc.

FOX

Fox Family Worldwide Inc. has promoted John P. Roberts to the newly created position of vice president, new media. Rita Prosyak has been promoted to director, promotions at Fox Family Worldwide, from account executive, consumer promotions.

Art Márquez has been promoted to director of national accounts at Galavisión, from director of affiliate sales. Deanna Andaverde, formerly director of affiliate sales, central region, succeeds Márquez.
