RF models support SiGedesign kit

If you design wireless-communications products with integrated RF stages, you can use Austria Mikro Systeme International's (AMS') silicon-germanium (SiGe) process using Agilent Technologies' (formerly, Hewlett-Packard's) EDA tools. A design kit couples HP's Eesof Group's Advanced Design System software tools, including accurate RF models for for the SiGe devices, with AMS's BiCMOS technology that includes the SiGe module. The 0.8-µm process combines high-speed npn transistors with an established mixed-signal CMOS process.
