The deadline for submitting a paper to APEC, being held February 2009 in Washington DC, is this Friday, July 19. You’ll also see where you can sign up to volunteer to review abstracts. APEC (Applied Power Electronics Conference and Exhibition) is an excellent conference covering power conversion, regulation and management for the power supply industry.
Lithium Mobile Power 2008 is being held in Las Vegas this October – the deadline for submitting your abstract proposal is tomorrow, Tuesday, July 15. Maybe too late to submit a paper, but good to know about to plan on attending.
Interested in the smart grid, especially as it applies to solar power? The Solar Metering and Performance Monitoring Exposition is being held at UC Berkeley, August 5th and 6th. The Expo is a joint effort by PG&E and the Solar Electric Power Association (SEPA), and features exhibits and booths by solar vendors, but no papers.
