National Semiconductor LMP7300: Micropower comparator reference has an adjustable hysteresis

A 2.048V integrated reference provides the low-power LMP7300 precision comparator with an adjustable hysteresis. Features include a 300-µV offset voltage, a 10-µA supply voltage, a 2.7 to 12V supply-voltage range, and a 0.25% maximum error. The comparator uses the vendor’s VIP50 BiCMOS process technology. Available in an SOIC-8 package, the LMP7300 costs $1.05 (1000).
