The 30V NSR0xF30NXT5G and NSR0xL30NXT5G Schottky-barrier diodes feature solderable metal contacts under their packages, enabling designer to use the whole package area for active silicon. The NSR0xF30NXT5G has a 370-mV forward-voltage drop at 10 mA, and the NSR0xL30NXT5G provides a 1-µA reverse current at 10V reverse voltage. Options include a low forward voltage or low reverse current at 100- or 200-mA forward-current ratings. The diodes are available in 0.6×0.3×0.3-mm 0201DSN-2 chip-level packages, and prices start at 6 cents.
