Fairchild Semiconductor FDMS7650: 30V MOSFET comes in Power-56 package

The 30V FDMS7650 MOSFET targeting increase efficiency in server farms, functions as a load switch or an OR-ing FET. It provides a 0.99-mV maximum on-resistance, reducing conduction losses. Available in Power 56 housing, the FDMS7650 MOSFET costs 95 cents (1000).
