Available in four low-profile packages, the HM62 surface-mount power-inductor series provides self-resonant frequencies as high as Q value. The 1-mm-high HM62-2610 inductor features 1- to 22-µH inductance values at 100 kHz, 0.1V rms, and 0A; it has a ±20 and ±30% absolute tolerance, depending on inductance values. The 1.4-mm-high HM62-3014 has 1- to 100-µH inductance at 100 kHz, 0.1V rms, and 0A; it has a ±20% absolute tolerance. The 1.5-mm-high HM62-3015 has 1.5- to 47-µH inductance at 100 kHz, 0.1V rms, and 0A; it has a ±20 and ±30% absolute tolerance, depending on inductance values. The 1.5-mm-high HM62-3515 has 2.2- to 202-µH inductance at 100 kHz, 0.1V rms, and 0A; it has a ±20% absolute tolerance. Running at a –40 to +85°C temperature range, the HM62 series costs 25 to 35 cents.
