The Windows-based E3.cable 2008-series design tool provides design requirements based on the nature of the end products, industry legislation, and safety mandates. The tool provides development of detailed wiring, cabling, and harness designs for the automotive, military, and aero industries. The wire-harness design aiming at cars, trucks, and specialized vehicles adds industry-specific functions, reducing manual activities. For airplanes, helicopters, and military-applications designs, the tool focuses on reducing effort, increasing design quality, and claiming 100% reliability. The E3.cable 2008 series costs $12,000.
