Delivering 364W across a 90 to 264V-ac input range the MFA350 power supply has a 11.2W/in.3 power density. Measuring 3.2×6.8×1.5-in. in a U-bracket package, the family has a 1U×2U profile allowing for vertical or horizontal orientation. Available in 12, 24, and 48V-dc output versions, the power supplies feature a 12V, 1A fan supply; a 5V, 0.3A standby supply; and a signal set including ac fail, dc OK, remote on/off, active-current sharing, and remote sense. Functioning over a –10 to +50°C temperature range, the device also operates at temperatures as high as 70°C with derating. Providing 89% effieciency, the device requires 13-cfm airflow for full output power. The MFA350 costs $175.
