Hard Drive vs Solid-State Drive Reliability: An Industry Symposium Heads-Up

Speaking of HDD-vs-SSD reliability (redux)…on Thursday of this week, IDEMA (the International Disk Drive Equipment and Materials Association) is sponsoring a day-long technical symposium on the topic in Sunnyvale, CA. It costs $325 for IDEMA members and $455 for non-members. Judging from the outline on IDEMA’s website, I’d say it looks to be a worthwhile use of your time and money!
