YouTube: Technology Jujubes*
I’ve had the pleasure of attending several presentations at the Computer History Museum, located at Silicon Graphics’ former headquarters building in Mountain View, CA. While I encourage you to similarly attend the lectures ‘live’ if at all possible, as well as to check out the impressive exhibits of notable technology achievements (and generously donate to ensure the future continuation and expansion of the institution’s various programs), I (and they) realize that your schedules and locales may not always allow for a personal visit. Therefore, they’ve just released an archive of past seminars on YouTube (thanks to Slashdot for the heads-up).
I admit that the masses might not buy into my equation of, say, an interview with venture capital pioneer Arthur Rock (if you watch all the way to about 63 minutes in, you can even hear and see the question I asked him, along with his response) with a "small candy or lozenge of gum arabic, gelatin, or the like and fruit flavoring."
But I daresay at least some of you might have a more ‘enlightened’ opinion
Enjoy!
