800 Plus: Tell Me What I Should Discuss (And Other Thoughts)

Somewhere in the midst of last Thursday's online addendums to my cover story 'Interface Overkill? Is eSATA Necessary For Your Next System Design?' was my 800^th post to this blog. Round numbers like these (reference, for example, when I broke through the 700-post barrier on March 8^th) are fruitful opportunities to pause, reflect and do three things in particular:

1. Sincerely thank you all for taking the time in the midst of your busy days (when you have so many other things contending for your attention) to visit Brian's Brian, ponder my thoughts and offer your own in response. The community (of which I'm just one member of many) and conversations cultivated here are tremendously gratifying to me.
2. Remind you once again to subscribe to the RSS feed for this blog, the How We See CE industry blog which I also moderate, any other areas within the EDN blogosphere, and EDN's bigger-picture content feeds. This way you won't have to remember to periodically visit us so that you don't miss anything useful; instead, you'll receive proactive notification in your RSS reader of choice each time new material appears on our site.
3. Finally, as Om Malik also recently pointed out, your feedback is essential to the continuing evolution and maturation of this site. I'll repeat the questions I asked two-plus months back (and that I've also asked in prior round-number moments):
   • What do you like about what I'm doing with this wee corner of cyberspace?
   • What do you detest?
   • What do you wish I did more of, and less of?
   • What could I be doing that I'm not now? And, the all-important flipside of the coin, what should I stop doing in exchange?
