The 600V Dpak SuperFET MOSFETs suit ultraslim, low-profile ballast-application requirements. Features include a 0.6Ω on-resistance, compared with a typical 1.2Ω on-resistance of traditional planar MOSFETs, and the ability to withstand high-speed voltage- and current-switching transients. The FCD7N60 SuperFET costs $1.54.
