High-voltage-IC series feature undervoltage-lockout protection
September 19, 2006
This series of 19 500 and 600V high-voltage ICs, half-bridge, and high- and low-side drivers target motor control, lighting, switch-mode power supplies, audio, and flat-panel displays. Features include single or dual inputs, undervoltage-lockout protection, fixed or programmable dead time for half-bridge drivers, and 2.5A drive currents. The high-voltage-IC technology integrates N- and P-channel low-voltage-MOS circuitry in an intelligent driver IC. A bootstrap-power-supply option eliminates the need for an auxiliary power supply. Available in surface-mount and dual-inline packages, these high-voltage ICs cost $1 (10,000).
