Targeting MOSFET ORing applications, the STV300NH02L power MOSFET claims to increase system reliability in paralleling-configuration power-server applications. The 20V device provides a typical 0.8-mΩ typical on-resistance. Available in a PowerSO-10 package, the STV300NH02L MOSFET costs $4.50 (1000).
