On Semiconductor NSSxxx: PNP and NPN devices have low saturation voltage

Expanding the vendor’s V_CE (saturated) BJTs (bipolar-junction-transistors) portfolio, the NSSxxx includes PNP and NPN surface-mount devices in WDFN, SOT-23, SOT-223, SOT-563, ChipFET, and SC-88 packages. Features include a 45-mV saturation voltage at 1A, a 300V current gain, and a 8000V ESD tolerance. Prices for the NSSxxx devices range from 14 to 27 cents (10,000).
