Omron Electronic Components LLC G3VM-21LR and 41LR: MOSFET relays claim a low range of capacitance, resistance values

Available in a 1-Form-A contact configuration, the G3VM-21LR and 41LR series of MOSFET relays come in SSOPs. The devices provide fast turn-on and -off times in the microsececond range and handle ac and dc loads. Suiting medical-imaging applications, the devices feature 1Ω on-resistance, 1-pF off-state capacitance, and 2.5-pFΩ range of capacitance and resistance values. The 21LR and 41LR series measure 2×3.8×1.8 mm and sell for $6.79 to $7.10 (10,000).
