Providing support for native SATA and PATA interfaces, the 1-in. Mach4 solid-state drive sustains sequential 90-Mbyte/sec read speeds and 55-Mbyte/sec write speeds. The drive uses a built-in 8-bit ECC engine and power-down data protection. Security features include AES encryption in the hardware, write-protect, and data-purge applications.
