On Semiconductor NUP45V6: Diode array has an ultrathin package

The NUP45V6 series of ESD (electrostatic-discharge)-protection diode arrays targets portable, wireless, and computing applications. Providing IEC61000 Level 4-2 ESD performance, the series includes devices with 5.6, 6.8, and 12V protection voltages. Features include 7-pF capacitance leakage at 3V and 0.1-µA leakage current. Measuring 1×1×0.5 mm in an SOT-953 package, the NUP45V6 array costs 12 cents (10,000).
