Texas Instruments DAC8411: 16-bit DAC comes in SC70 package

The single-channel DAC8411 DAC provides 80-µA operation at 1.8V, a 1.8 to 5.5V power-supply range, and a 6-µsec typical settling time. The 8- to 16-bit pin-compatible device features a 17-mV power-on glitch and uses a three-wire serial interface, operating at clock rates as high as 50 MHz. Operating over a –40 to +125°C temperature range, the DAC has a ±2 differential nonlinearity, and a ±8 integral non-linearity. Available in SC70 packages, the DAC8411 costs $2.90.
