Toshiba America Electronic Components TPCA8055-H and TPC8055-H: Fast-switching MOSFET aims at dc/dc conversion

Suiting synchronous dc/dc conversion, the TPCA8055-H and the TPC8055-H power MOSFETs use the vendor’s trench process in the UMOS VII-H fast-switching series. The TPCA8055-H provides a 2.2-mΩ on-state resistance, a 10V gate-to-source voltage, and a 30V V_DSS. The TPC8055-H comes in a 5×6×1.6-mm SOP-8 package, and the TPCA8005-H comes in 5×6×0.95-mm SOP-8 Advanced housing. Prices for the TPCA8055-H and the TPC8055-H power MOSFETs start at 75 cents.
