Is it getting warm in here?

December 14, 2007

Winter fell with a vengeance here in the Northeast yesterday, as it did across much of the rest of the country earlier in the week. For those of you who may be seeking a little something to warm you up, we’ve just posted our annual listing of the EDN Hot 100 Products. Compiled entirely by our editors, who choose from among the thousands of new products they hear about every year, the Hot 100 aims to highlight the year’s most significant and innovative electronic ICs, components, instruments, tools, and more.

And speaking of heat, AMD is certainly feeling it these days. In case you missed it, please check out News Editor Suzanne Deffree’s on-the-spot coverage of yesterday’s analyst briefing in New York: AMD seeks profitability, says Barcelona botch won’t be repeated and AMD: Let’s start with what’s in the glass. And thenhot off the virtual presses here at EDN—read this smokin’ hot technical analysis of AMD’s plight by Senior Technical Editor Brian Dipert: AMD: Fading fast, nearly fini?
