EDN Hot Topics: Another way to get your information fix
Have you ever been reading an EDN.com article or blog post and thought, "Man, that editor can spin a tale, but I wish I had more information on H-1B visas"?
In our endless quest to bring you better resources, EDN this week introduced its "Hot Topics" pages. Each of our 38 pages focuses in on a specific subject area, like H-1Bs, the Apple iPhone, lithium-ion power, and criminal stock-option backdating.
And, although many of us here at EDN have egos the size of Bill Gates’ bank account, we know our Web site isn’t your only online resource for information pertinent to the electronics industry. For that reason, you’ll find tabs at the top of each Hot Topics page that allow you to sort by EDN content, content from vendors, or all content across the electronics Web. You can also sort each tab by date or relevance.
We’ve even infused links to the Hot Topic pages in our articles and blog posts. You’ll note them highlighted and underlined on EDN.com pages. (Just like FPGA is here.) That way, readers who want more information on a subject can click directly to the associated Hot Topics page without missing a beat.
One last point: We at EDN encourage any of our readers out there to link to these pages on their own sites, allowing your company’s or your personal site’s online visitors the benefit of our extensive research and subject classifying. Let the pains of our work be your gain!
We hope you enjoy our Hot Topics efforts. And, as always, we welcome your thoughts. Post any comments you have on our Hot Topics below and note the "Suggest a Hot Topic" e-mail link at top of each subject’s page.
Happy reading.
