It’s official. Google today announced that it has closed its previously announced acquisition of Motorola Mobility Inc (MMI) for $40 a share. AMD unveils Trinity based embedded processors

A week after formally launching Trinity, AMD has announced a family of embedded processors based on the integrated x86 and graphics chip.
