Tiny transistors support 1.5A for gate driver apps

June 17, 2010

These 20V bipolar transistors from Diodes are tiny, measuring 1.1×1.4mm and .5mm tall, yet capable of a continuous collector current of 1.5A for the NPN version (ZXTN26020DMF) and -1.25A for the PNP version (ZXTP26020DMF).

Diodes NPN transistor

Their switching frequency is as high as 260kHz, and have an RCE9SAT) of  90milliOhms., and target  MOSFET and IGBT gate driver applications. Pricing (10,000) is $0.14 USD.
