Suzanne Deffree - December 12, 2012
Have you checked out EDN’s Hot Technologies for 2013 feature yet? In it, EDN editors and guest contributors examine some of the hot trends and technologies in 2012 that will shape next year’s technology news. You can read it here and it’s a must for anyone who wants to be prepared for the coming year.
In the feature, EDN points out a few of 2012’s high-profile technology news items including the success of the Mars Curiosity rover; the discovery of the “God particle”; the release of the $25, credit-card-sized Raspberry Pi computer; and even a high-tech-enabled human base jump from the edge of space.
But there was so much more that happened on the engineering, technology, and science fronts in the last 12 months. And that brings us to this week’s question: What was your most memorable tech moment from 2012? What was your favorite accomplishment, discovery, or even blunder?
Share your thoughts below. And be sure to stay tuned to this blog for more 5 Engineers questions in the weeks to come!
