Rigol Technologies, Inc. has released the DS2000 series digital oscilloscope with bandwidths up to 200 MHz and a vertical range of 500uV/div to 10V/div.


Key features:

• 2 channels
• bandwidth options of 70 MH z, 100 MHz or 200 MHz
• 2GSa/s max. sample rate
• standard memory depth of up to 14 Mpts , expandable to 56 Mpts


• optional real-time waveform recording and analysis
• optional advanced triggering modes and serial decoding
