MemCon
The Technology Roadmap for Memory and Storage
Location: San Jose, CA
Date: 7/22/2008 - 7/24/2008
Organizer: Denali Software
Today's electronics market increasingly demands innovative semiconductor memories and storage solutions to support the next-generation portable consumer devices, PCs, network servers, and other applications. Accordingly, the relatively stable and monolithic roadmaps for PCs being replaced by technology roadmaps for multiple consumer products, and are neither stable nor homogenous, but share the benefits of a very cost-effective collection of storage technologies in DRAM, NAND flash, and hard disk drives.
Come to the conference and listen to industry luminaries from the consumer electronics and mobile industries, set-top box, and computer vendors, as well as leading memory and storage developers and manufacturers, as they discuss their technology roadmaps, system requirements, and their visions of the future in tomorrow's consumer products. Technical experts will also be drawn to the many industry standard working group presentations related to USB 3.0, ONFi 2.0, LPDDR2, NVMHCI and UFS. Additionally, suppliers of DRAM, flash memory and storage solutions, memory controllers, and other ecosystem players will be part of the exhibition.
