BiCMOS Process Integration
Semiconductor and integrated circuit developments continue to proceed at an incredible pace. Today’s mixed-signal chips perform a wide range of applications unheard of a few years ago.
Location: San Jose, CA
Date: 10/29/2008 - 10/30/2008
Organizer: Semitracks, Inc.
This 2-day course discusses fundamental and advanced topics related to BiCMOS Process Integration. BiCMOS is commonly used for advanced mixed-signal components in telecom, wireless, analog, and other high performance applications. Topics include bipolar transistor behavior and engineering, bipolar transistor integration techniques that are compatible with CMOS, mobility enhancement techniques like SiGe and SiGeC, and optimization of bipolar effects like the Gummel effect and the Early effect. The instructor’s notes include extensive references for further study.
