The 4650 operates at less than 50W at full load; the 4670 operates at less than 60W at full load. Available with a frame buffer of 512-Mbyte GDDR2 memory, the 4650 costs $69; the 4670 comes with a frame buffer of 512-Mbyte GDDR3 memory and costs $79. A 1-Gbyte DDR3-based variant is also available.
