The MAXQ3120 microcontroller is the heart of a sophisticated multifunction, multirate electricity meter. It combines a robust analog function (including a pair of dual-channel 16-bit, ADCs with an internal voltage reference) with a powerful digital block (including a 16-bit RISC microcontroller, a multiply-accumulate unit, two UART channels, and an integrated LCD controller). The MAXQ3120 has all the features and functions needed for a modern, network-attached electricity meter.
