Software analyzes V2X messages

-October 29, 2017

Anritsu offers V2X 802.11p-compliant MX727000A message evaluation software for U.S., Europe, and Japan vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-roadside communication standards. The PC application analyzes V2X messages without needing to search large amounts of data, improving development efficiency. Moreover, testing for all regional standards is supported by a single test platform.

MX727000A software is intended to be used in conjunction with Anritsu’s MS2690A signal analyzers or MS2830A spectrum/signal analzyers to demodulate, analyze, and display V2X messages captured from in-vehicle and roadside equipment. It leverages the instruments’ capture function to demodulate V2X messages at layers higher than the MAC layer and display them on a PC.

Developers can isolate errors when receiving undefined messages by using the software’s error display function. By supporting the three standards used in the U.S., Europe, and Japan, the MX727000A software eases V2X middleware development and evaluation.
